Make sure that there is no draft in the room.
•
When the electrical power connection has been activated at the first
power up or reconnected after an outage, the igniters may spark once
or twice even though all burner knobs are in the off position.
•
The cooktop is not level.
•
Cooking pan does not fit the surface being used.
•
Cookware is not the type or size recommended.
For handy reference, the serial tag information has been affixed to the back cover.

please provide us with the Model Number, Serial Number and Date of Original
Purchase or Installation.
Covers one year from date of Installation, or date of occupancy on a new or previ-
ously unoccupied dwelling. Save your dated receipt or other evidence of installa-
tion/occupancy date.
All repair labor and replacement parts found to be defective due to materials and
workmanship.
Service must be provided by a Factory Authorized Service Agency, during normal
working hours.
