Fitting instructions

1. Permanently remove the towing ring in the back, at the bottom of the vehicle en remove the shove nuts
out of the chassis. Remove the spare wheel.
2. Points (A) match the horizontal provided holes in the back of the chassis. Place the bolts and the
mounting pieces (-h) and (-h') through the outsides in these holes and insert by both, through the inside,
the tubes on these bolts, through the square openings in the chassis, just above these holes. Place the bolt
a little sidewise till this one is reachable in the square opening and schove the tube on the bolt, then bring
the bolt horizontally and shove this one through the chassis. Bring the mounting pieces (-i) and (-j) on
these bolts and fix the nuts. The assembly points (C) match the provided screw holes in the underside of
the chassis. (D) comes against the base plate of the floor in the trunk and (B) against the side of chassis.
Drill the holes (B) and (D) through till ø10,5mm, but first loosen the floorcovering above these holes.
After drilling those holes, place the nut washers by (B) in the chassis through the round opening in the
underside of the chassis and insert all bolts.
3. Assemble the tow bar matching (E) ont the already placed mounting pieces (-i) and (-j) and fix the bolts.
Assemble the socket plate (P03) and (*) and tighten everything
4. Replace the spare wheel and the floorcovering.
Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
