Fitting instructions
1. Disassemble the bumper and permanently remove the metal buffer beam. Screw the 4 bolts, which were
on top of the bumper, back to prevent water from sipping in. Disassemble the rear wheels and loosen the
covering in the wheel casing.
2. Place the drillcalibers against the outside of the chassis beam as on picture (1) and (2), make sure that the
positions indicated with an arrow are against the vehicle. Drill the holes with Ø 11mm and treat the
cutting surfaces with an anti – rust product.
3. Shove the towbar left, via the liberated hole on the back of the vehicle in the chassis beam, till points (A)
fit with the drillings. Insert bolts and washers without tightening. Shove mounting piece (1) on the right
side, via the liberated hole in the chassis beam, till points (A) fit the drillings in the chassis beam and (B)
and (C) of the towbar. Insert bolts and tighten everything firmly (see tension).
4. Make an incision in the bottom side of the bumper as on figure (3). Re-assemble the bumper on the
vehicle.
5. Assemble the sockel on the towbar and the socket plate holder.
Disassemble the bumper

Disassemble the rear light units
-
Remove the sidelong bolt of the light units which is found behind the covering
-
Shove light unit 7 slightly outwards and loosen with a click
-
Disassemble the wheels and remove 2x3 screws and 2x1 pressure buttons
-
2 screws on the bottom side of the bumper.
Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
