DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY
1. Hold the helmet in an inverted
position (upside down).
2. Remove the four clips attached to
the nylon suspension straps by
snapping them out of the slots in
the shell.
3. Lift the suspension and the liner
out of the shell.
4. Remove the suspension from the
liner. This is a good time to inspect
it. (See Helmet Inspection section).

HELMET SHELL
REASSEMBLY
1. Insert the new suspension into the
liner ensuring the sweatband is
against the side or liner titled
"front".
2. Position the liner/suspension
assembly on the cap shell and
push the complete assembly into
the shell, ensuring the four tabs
are lined up with the slots.
3. Push each tab into its slot until the
tabs are snug with the shell edge.
