9.0 TROUBLE SHOOTING

TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE COMPLETELY AND LET COOL BEFORE SERVICING. ONLY A

TEST SOLUTION
Inspect the LED's beneath the fl ame generation belt and re-
place them if necessary
Unplug the appliance, allow appliance to cool for 15 minutes,
then plug it back in
Reset house circuit breaker
Check plug and plug it in
Unplug the appliance, allow appliance to cool for 15 minutes,
then plug it back in
Replace batteries in remote control
TEST SOLUTION
Replace the control panel
Check the glass to ensure that it has been installed correctly
Replace the control panel
Remove belt, check for obstructions, repair any damages and
reinstall the belt
Replace the broken belt
Replace the broken motor
The heater has a built-in thermostat so it will shut off
automatically once the pre-set temperature is reached. It will
also turn on automatically if the room temperature drops below
the pre-set temperature
Find the source of blockage and remove it.
