Pour approximately 750 ml of water and approximately 150 ml vinegar concentrate or
vinegar into the tea maker and switch on the machine. After decalcifying, rinse the
machine by operating it 2 times with 750 ml of clear water.
Depending on the hardness of the water and degree of use, you should decalcify the
tea maker about once every 2 weeks.
Please note
► Regularly decalcifying your tea maker will reduce the electricity used and prolong the
life of the appliance.
► The materials can take on the odour of peppermint or herbal teas, which can affect the
aroma and flavour of the next pot of tea, even after cleaning.
