I. Install Lower Rail Board
1. Install lower 2'' x 4'' rail board as shown in (Fig 12).
Flush with the sides of 4'' x 4'' deck supports. Bottom of
2'' x 4'' to be flush with the bottom of deck board.
NOTE: The bottom screws in the 2'' x 4'' board
should secure into the side of the 5/4'' x 6'' board.
