7 HT10 line lighted top cover option: to change cover arran-
gement remove the screws and turn the upper section (with the
picture) of the cover in the opposite direction, leaving the
bottom section in the same position. Replace screws.
5. 3 CLEANING AND SANITIZING
PROCEDURES
Cleaning and sanitizing of the dispenser are recommended to
guarantee the conservation of the best product taste and the
highest unit efficiency. This section is a procedural guideline
only and is subject to the requirements of the local Health
Authorities.
Prior to the disassembly and cleaning, the machine must be
emptied of product.
5. 3. 1 DISASSEMBLY
ATTENTION
Before any disassembly and/or cleaning procedure make
sure that the dispenser is disconnected from its power
source by unplugging it or switching off the 2-pole wall
breaker.
1 Remove cover from the bowl.
2 HT11 - HT20 PS lines: remove pump assembly from its
bowl location by turning (1) clocwise and lifting it up (2) (see
figure 4).
Dismantle spray tube and L-shaped tube. Take impeller and
bearing pin away from pump housing by removing the retaining
pin.
3 HT10 - HT 20 Mlines: remove stirrer by lifting up.

4 Remove the empty bowl by lifting its faucet side up and off
cooling dome.
5 Remove the bowl gasket.

7 Slide drip tray out and empty it.

5. 3. 2. 1 HT11 - HT20 LINES WITH PINCH
TUBE FAUCET
1 Push (1) the dispensing handle and remove (2) the pinch
tube from its vertical seat in the bowl bottom (see figure 4).
2 Take the bowl away from the machine and turn it upside
down. Pull (1) the tab release lever and at the same time, turn
(2) to the left (counterclockwise) the faucet body till it gets free,
together with faucet cover, from the bowl (see figure 5).
