The mixer must not be switched on for longer than 30 seconds at a time. Let the

appliance c ool d own f or 2 m inutes b efore u sing i t a gain.
The chopping blade is not suitable for cutting hard foodstuffs such as coffee beans,

ice c ubes, c hocolate o r P armesan c heese.
• THE C HOPPING B LADE
You can use the chopping blade to grind and chop various foodstuffs, e.g.: meat,

herbs, s oft n uts, b read, o nions, b iscuits, s oft f ruit a nd v egetables, e tc.
• THE B EATER
You c an u se t he b eater t o w hisk c ream, m ayonnaise o r e gg w hites, e tc.

Take t he l id ( C) a nd t he m otor h ousing ( B) o ff t he g lass b owl ( E).

Position t he b lade ( D) o r t he b eater ( F) o n t he c entral r od i n t he m iddle o f t he g lass

bowl ( E).
Now p lace t he f oodstuff i n t he g lass b owl ( E) a nd p ut t he l id ( C) a nd m otor h ousing

(B) b ack o n. ( Do n ot f ill t he g lass b owl t o t he v ery t op. T he m ixer c annot w ork w hen
overloaded).
Plug the appliance in and press the pulse button (A) at short intervals until the
o
contents a chieve t he d esired c onsistency.
Pull out the plug and take the motor housing (B) and the lid (C) off the glass bowl
o
(E).
Before you remove the contents from the glass bowl, carefully take out the
o
chopping b lade ( D) o r b eater ( F).
• CLEANING A ND C ARE
Always u nplug t he a ppliance b efore c leaning.

Clean the motor housing (B) with a damp cloth only. Never place it under running
o
water!
