CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

o Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
o Wipe the power handle with a damp cloth only. The blender shaft can be rinsed under
running water.
o If some food has been allowed to dry on the blade, place a drop of dish detergent in
the mixing container and add water. Plug in, then immerse the blade and operate the
unit for 10 seconds. Unplug, rinse the container under running water, and then dry
thoroughly.
o Store this appliance in a well-ventilated and dry place to prevent the motor to be af-
fected by damp.
CAUTION: the edges of the cutting blades are very sharp, please clean carefully.
