Use the Salt Block without the Stainless Steel bottom.
Freezer
Use the Salt Block without the Stainless Steel bottom.
Freeze for minimum 1 hour.
Ensure that your Salt Block holds room temperature
or lower before freezing it.
Do not heat up a frozen Salt Block using oven/
hob/micro/BBQ.

CLEANING AND STORING

Salt is a natural material and proven antibacterial.
Over time, your Salt Block will change color
depending on the food you are cooking. This will
not affect the function of the Salt Block and as long
as you ensure that your remove food residues from
the surface of the Salt Block, the taste will go away.
After several usages, you can use sand paper to
polish the surface of the Salt Block, which you have
been using for cooking.
Before cleaning, let the Salt Block cool down.
If using the stainless steel induction bottom,
remove and clean this part separately. For the
bigger reminders of food use the scraper. Then make
the steel wool wet and brush the reminder of the
food. Tamp dry with a paper towel or clean cloth.
Do not wet your Salt Block (do not use soap with it).
Keep the Salt Block in horizontal position for
24 hours to dry and to avoid cracking.
Dry and store the Stainless steel bottom apart
from the Salt Block.
Store the Salt Block in a dry environment,
avoid humidity.

on how to discard the product correctly.
