5. Installation of the setting-up kit

5.1 Assembling the disc aerators
The stainless steel pipes for aeration are to
be assembled in the tank according to their
installation size in line with the drawings
below.
All connections are to be sealed using Tef-
lon tape. Finally, the concrete weight sup-
plied is to be placed on to the downpipe.

5.2 Assembly of the pipe aerators
The stainless steel feet are bolted to the stainless steel air distributor.
The diaphragm pipe aerators and the downpipe are installed later in the tank.
