Getting to know your Remote
Note:
When the air conditioner is powered and in stand-by, it can also be operated by the remote

control.
When unit is ON, by pressing each time any button of the remote, the signal icon "
■
blink once , followed by a beeping sound.
When the unit is OFF the set temperature will be displayed on the remote controller, while
■
when the unit is turned ON, the icon of the applied function will be displayed.

ON/OFF button
Press this button to turn unit on/off.

MODE button
By pressing the MODE button the functions can be selected as follows and the corresponding
■
icon "t" will be lit up as each function is accessed:
When AUTO MODE is selected, the air conditioner will operate according to the ambient
■
temperature.
When selecting COOL mode, the air conditioner will operate under cool mode. By pressing the +
■
or - buttons, you may adjust the set temperature. By pressing the FAN button you may select the
fan speed of your air conditioner.
When DRY mode is selected, the air conditioner will operate at a low fan speed. Under DRY mode
■
the fan speed can not be adjusted.
When selecting fan mode, air conditioner will operate in fan mode only. Then press FAN button to
■
adjust fan speed.
When selecting HEAT mode, the air conditioner will operate under heat mode. By pressing the
■
+ or - buttons you may adjust the set temperature. Press FAN button to adjust the fan speed.
(COOLING ONLY models can not receive this signal from the remote. If the HEAT mode is set by
the remote controller, press the ON/OFF button to discard.)

By pressing + or - buttons once, the set temperature will be increased by 1°F(°C). By pressing the

+ or - button for 2s, the set temperature will change rapidly. Once the desired set temperature is
reached release button.
When setting Timer On or Timer Off, press + or - button to adjust the time.(See TIMER Button for

setting details)
