Malfunction analysis
FAULT ISSUE
Air does not flow out
of the a/c unit
Set temperature can't
be adjusted.
There's off flavour
There's abnormal
sound during opera-
tion
A water flowing sound
is heard
Abnormal sounds
from the internal
piping.
Troubleshooting
Check if the Air outlet or air inlet
is blocked
The evaporator looks like the a/c
unit is defrosting (This can be
identified by looking the internal
filter)
The unit operates in auto mode
Is the required temperature ex-
cessive of the set temperature?
The unit produces an odor such
as tobacco or furniture.
Is there interference from thunder
radio etc.?
The unit has been turned off and
on instantly
The unit has been turned off and
on instantly.
Remove any obstacles.
This is normal operation of the a/c unit.
It will automatically enter the defrosting
mode and will resume once finished.
Temperature can't be adjust ted under
auto mode.
The temperature range is: 16°C - 30°C
● Remove the odor source and clean
the filter
●
Clean the filter.
Power unit OFF, disconnect, then recon-
nect and power on again.
The flowing sound of refrigerant within the
unit is considered normal.
The exchange from heat to cooling of
the internal mechanism may cause some
additional sounds.
