SOLUTION
Check that the battery is correctly connected.
If the problem continues, replace the battery.
Check whether any problems have been
signalled (Settings>Diagnostic>Update).
The probe does not respond; check whether it is
correctly connected (green LED shining steadily
or flashing slowly) and configured (correct zone
number and mode).
An actuator does not respond:
- check whether the actuators are correctly
connected and configured (test the actuators
with the local key);
- with standard configuration, check that the
configuration has been performed correctly
in the control unit (Maintenance>Configure
zone>Configure).
A slave probe does not respond:
- check whether it is correctly connected
(green LED shining steadily or flashing slowly)
and configured (correct zone number, SLA
mode);
- check the correct configuration of the slaves
to be managed on the Master probe.
The temperature measured by the probe is too
low or too high:
- check that the probe is installed correctly (e.g.
not too close to heat sources);
- set the probe (Maintenance>Probe setting)
measuring the room temperature with a
thermometer;
- if the problem continues, replace the probe.
If there is an internal problem on the probe,
replace the probe.
The actuator configured to control the
circulation pump (Zone = 0) does not
respond:
- check that the actuator is correctly connected
and configured (test the actuator with the
local key);
- check the correct configuration of the pump
management on the probe.
