In order for your warranty to be valid you must fill in the present form and send it by mail to FONTANA
FORNI SRL, within 8 days from the purchase date. N.B The form is either registered or sent back to the
purchaser. The latter needs to save the warranty certificate and the fiscal receipt showing the purchase
date.
