Problem
The stove does not
ignite
The stove loads
pellets but there is
no flame
The stove ignites
but during
operation goes
immediately into
modulation
(minimum power)
The stove shows a
blackout
Cause
Power disconnected\switch off
Protective fuse tripped
Igniter not working
Brazier clogged with residues
from
combustion.
Brazier inserted incorrectly
Room probe faulty or
regulated with temperature
less than the room
temperature
Remote thermostat (if
connected and set) faulty or
regulated with temperature
less than the room
temperature
No power
Plug improperly connected

Solution
Connect the power cable and/or turn on the
switch
Check the fuse located in the switch
It is inside the control board
Replace the igniter
Empty the brazier and clean it, check and clean
the brazier support and the combustion
chamber
Reposition the brazier
Check the probe status or set with a value
greater than the actual room temperature
Check the thermostat operation (if the
outdoor thermostat is the battery powered
type, check the batteries) or set with a value
greater than the actual room temperature
Check the connections on both the mains and
the stove, check (AFTER UNPLUGGING THE
POWER CORD) proper operation of the switch,
hookups, and terminals
