name before calling. You will find this information on the type
plate of the appliance.
WARNING!
Repairs and service work may only be performed by pro-
fessionals (e.g. Fakir customer service). Only original fakir
spare parts may be used. Any appliances that are not re-
paired or serviced properly pose a risk to the user.
Please send the appliance in the original packaging or simi-
larly protected packaging to ensure it is not damaged.
