Using the sunset and sunrise
You can use Bodyclock Luxe to go to sleep with a sunset and wake up
to a sunrise.
At bedtime
Turn alarm
on/off
Turn to
adjust light
brightness
Start sunset
If you've selected DAILY you need to activate the sunrise alarm for the
following morning:
•
Press the alarm button
The top line of the display shows the alarm time; for example:
If you've selected WEEKLY the alarm is activated automatically
according to the schedule you've programmed.
To activate the sunset
When you're ready to go to sleep you can activate the sunset. Start the
sunset with the light at full brightness if you like to read for a while first
or low for a gently fading background light.
•
Make sure you're in Light Mode.
•
Turn the left dial to adjust the light. Press the light button
the sunset.
