Installation
Note: If the appliance has been stored or moved in a non-vertical position, stand it in an
upright position for approximately 12 hours before operation. If in doubt allow to stand.
1.
Remove the appliance from the packaging and remove the protective film from all surfaces.
2.
When positioning, maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the appliance and walls or other
objects for ventilation. Increase the distance if the obstacle is a heat source.
GN Pan Layout
This unit is designed to use standard 1/3GN and 1/4GN pans, or combination of both (not supplied)
Common pan configuration and support bar usage (support bars supplied) -
Pan layout uses 1 wide support bar
