Troubleshooting
Fault
1- The vacuum suddenly
stops
2- Dust leaks from the
vacuum
3- The vacuum blows instead
of sucking
4- Electrostatic current on the
vacuum
Causes
1- The swarf bag is clogged
1- Clogged suction pipe
1- Motor protector tripper
2- The swarf bag is torn
2- Inadequate the swarf bag
3- Incorrect connection to the
electricity main
4- Non existent or inefficient
earthing

Remedies
1- Clean the swarf bag.
Replace it if this is not
sufficient
1- Check the suction pipe
and clean it
1- Check the setting.
Check the power draw
of the motor. Contact an
authorized after-sales
service centre if neces-
sary
2- Change it for another of
identical category
2- Change it for another of
suitable category and
check
3- Remove the plug and in-
vert two of the live wires.
Consult paragraph 5.3
4- Check all earth con-nec-
tions. Particularly check
the suction inlet fitting.
Lastly, the pipe must be
strictly antistatic
