The Seecode Vision supports software upgrade via the USB port. This unique feature allows you to get the latest
software release from the product service section of the website. Such software upgrades may help resolve a
compatibility problem with a new handset model. The software upgrade also covers the improvement of product
features and performance.
The detailed operation procedure is as follows:
1) Download software upgrade tool DFU Wizard from the service website and install it on your PC.
2) Download the latest version of software for the Seecode Vision from the service website, for example,
SeecodeVision-1205.dfu.
3) Connect Seecode Vision with the PC using the USB cable delivered with the Seecode Vision.
To update the software successfully, it is best to unplug other Bluetooth equipment from the PC USB port.
4) Press button to enter the main menu.

Message "DFU..." will be displayed on the screen.
If you enter the software upgrade mode by mis-operation, you can press button
upgrade mode.
8) If it's the first time you've upgraded the software on the Seecode Vision using your PC, please install the USB
driver first. The USB Driver is saved in the folder 'DFU Wizard' which you have downloaded, and the file
name is CSRBlueCoreUSB.inf. The driver supports only Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems
currently. If your PC uses another operating system, it is not possible to upgrade the software. Note that, even
if your PC has been installed with another USB driver, you must use the USB driver provided for the software
upgrade. Otherwise, your PC may not be able to upgrade the software on your Seecode Vision.
9) Run DFUWizard.exe.
The dialog box as shown below is displayed.
