Exceptions
Warranty is excluded under the following circumstances:

Damage caused by improper handling or carelessness.

Damage caused by the carrier and which was not noted on the delivery receipt upon receipt of
the merchandise.

The oven was not properly assembled, installed or operated.

Any type of deliberate or unintentional damage to the oven.

The oven was modified or manipulated. Any modification carried out by an unauthorised individu-
al leads to the warranty lapsing.

The use of any type of fuel other than wood.

Damage caused to the inside of the oven and/or its external surfaces due to the use of chemical
products.
Cracking, fissures or small breaks in the oven plate are characteristic attributes of the fireclay bricks
and are not subject to warranty.

Parts which come into direct contact with fire are not included.
-
Chromium steel which is discoloured by temperatures that are too high.
