Stick to the following instructions to get the most out of your oven.
Firstly, remove the protective film from all stainless steel parts and insert the 140 mm stovepipe
provided. The wood-burning oven is now ready to use.
Lighting the fire
2.1.1 Light small pieces of wood with firelighters.
2.1.2 Then, little by little, add medium sized pieces of wood for approx. 20 minutes, until a
temperature of approx. 350° C is reached.
2.1.3 Continue to feed the fire with good quality wood, even during the cooking process.
2.1.4 Only close the oven doors when the blazing flames no longer reach the oven doors! (Danger of
overheating).
2.1.5 Wait until the blazing flames no longer reach the oven doors before closing them.
2.1.6. Moderately light the oven.
Extinguishing the fire
2.2.1 To extinguish the fire, close the oven using the door included in delivery and wait until the em-
bers have turned into ashes.
2.2.2 When the embers have completely cooled, remove the ashes. NEVER USE WATER TO
EXTINGUISH THE FIRE OR EMBERS!
