THIRD EXERCISE
Arms, legs, buttocks and (especially) the
upper arms get into shape
1. Palms facing upwards.
2. Press the elbow against the upper body
3. Push the left pedal down, the left arm pulls up
the rope
4. Push down the right pedal, lower the left arm, lift
the right arm at the same time
FOURTH EXERCISE
Back, shoulder, chest, legs and buttocks get
into shap
1. Start with the stepping.
2. Stretch the left and right arm out to shoulder
level during stepping
3. Lower your arms down
4. Please complete training steps 2 and 3 again.
It is also possible to complete this exercise with the
palm of the hand pointing upwards.
