automatically count your exercises from the time you stopped the last time.
If you wish to stop the counting and return to 0, press and hold the red MODE button until all the symbols are displayed
simultaneously (about three seconds).
The total number of training steps is still available (TTR). The number is set to 0 only when the battery is replaced.
7. EXERCISES WITH PULL STRAPS
THE OPTIMAL LENGTH
Pull strap can only be stretched up to max. 185 cm. Otherwise, it can not be ruled out that it will be damaged, and the
training person might even get hurt.
Remember: The further you stretch the pull strap, the more power you have to employ.
THE PERFECT GRIP
When pulling out the pull straps, it is very important that the handles are held horizontally at all times.
YOUR WRISTS
Please do not bend your wrists to avoid overstretching.
THE WORKOUTS
For all workouts, it is important to:
• Hold tight handles with your hands
• Know what you are doing with all your body movements
• Keep your arms tense
• Check pull straps before each exercise to ensure that the screw connections of the rope hooks are correct.
