This product manufactured by Arneg S.p.A. falls under Directive 2002/96/CE
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) known in Italy as RAEE
(Rifiuti da Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche), which is meant to put
a halt to the increase of this type of waste, promote its recycling and decrease its
need for disposal. The trash-bin symbol barred with a cross that appears on the
product label declares that: the product has been placed on the market after
August 13, 2005; the product must be disposed of separately and cannot be
treated as domestic waste, nor be disposed of in a waste dump.
It is the user's responsibility of the user to deliver the product intended to be
dismantled to the collection centre specified by the local Authority for WEEE
(RAEE) for professional recovery and recycling.
If the product is replaced with a new one, the user can request that the retailer
collect the old one, independently of its brand.
It is the manufacturer's responsibility to enable recovery, disposal and treatment
of ithe product at the end of its life span, directly or through a collective system.
Violations of the legislation call for the administration of specific fines,
established independently by each Country member of the CE through its own
laws, which are binding for all recipients. Arneg S.p.A., in considering its product
as WEEE (RAEE), interprets the guidelines of Orgalime, taking into account the
implementation by the Italian legislation through Leg. Decree no. 151 of July 15,
2005, of both Directive 2002/96/CE and Directive 2002/96/CE (RoHS)
concerning the use of hazardous substances in electric and electronic
equipment.

European Community.

The performance of these refrigeration units has been determined using tests carried
out in accordance with UNI EN ISO 23953-2: 2006 regulations, in the environmental
conditions corresponding to climate class 3 (25 °C , 60% R.H.)
