Programming with AT commands

Using AT commands, you can also use your PC-Dialer III with terminal programs or database
software.
For a complete list of AT commands visit the home page under:
www.ascom.com/terminals
The appropriate commands for your telephone can be found under "Support".

System requirements

Pentium processor
Windows 95 or higher, or Windows NT/2000
ISDN telephone

Problems during installation

Not every fault will mean that you have a fault on your PC-Dialer III. You can clear some faults
yourself by using the following table:
Symptom
Error message that the
communication between PC
and telephone has failed.

Cause
Connection cable
not plugged in correctly.
The serial interface is
already being used by
other communications
software.
The NT is not connected
correctly, (power to NT
has failed). NT is in the
emergency mode.

Remedy
Check the connection cables:
• Plug the 8-pin cable into the
"Telephone" socket on the
PC-Dialer III and connect
it to the telephone.
• Plug the 4-pin cable into the
"S-bus" socket on the
PC-Dialer III and connect
it to the ISDN socket.
Shut down the currently
activated communications
software and restart the
EuriTel Pro again.
Check the 230 V
supply to your NT, plug the
cable in correctly.
