6.5 Bending procedure for JRG Sanipex MT d50-d63

Danger: Extending piston!
Hazard to limb. The bending tool may only be operated with
an attached control cable and using the start button (24).
Note: Swivelling range of pipe legs
Consider the swivelling range of pipe legs when bending pipes.
Please note: When you release the start button, the bending process is terminated immedi-
ately. You can resume and complete the bending process by pressing and holding the start
button.

Mark the centre of
the bend onto the
pipe.

Insert the pipe into
min. 1 cm
the bending tool.
Pay attention
regarding the centre
of the bend and that
the pipe has to
stand out of the

bending rolls.
Define the bending angle
and secure it with the fixing
screw.

Push the start button on
the bending tool and hold
it pushed. The bending tool
automatically terminates the
bending process when the
pre-defined bending angle
has been reached has been

reached.
Caution
When the start button is re-
leased, the bending process
is immediately aborted. The
process can be continued
and terminated by renewed
pushing and holding of the
start button.
