Maintenance instructions, oil change intervals
Clean the device after each use and store it in a dry place. Protect both battery and
charger from moisture and foreign bodies.
The pump has a screw cap with inspection glass (9) for checking the oil level at any time. Refill
oil, if the oil level is too low (Chapter 2.4).
The following hydraulic oils can be used at ambient temperatures of -12 °C to + 40 °C:
Hydraulic oils based on esters: Rivolta S.B.H. 11, Shell Naturell HF-E 15
Mineral oils:
Comparable hydraulic oils may be used as well.
Check the hydraulic hose and the fittings for damages and leakages before and after using the
device.
Please note:
Always handle power tools with care. Make sure that moving parts work properly and do
not jam. Check for broken or damaged parts that might impair the functions of the power
tool.
The device is equipped with a microprocessor that will advise the user of required maintenance
work by flashing for 20 seconds. Send in the device to an authorised Service Center (ASC) as
soon the service inspection after 10,000 cycles is due.
Failure to comply will void the warranty. With respect to the stipulations of an intended use,
customers are only permitted to replace the batteries.
