5.5 Bending procedure JRG Sanipex MT d26-d40

Danger: Piston running out!
Human limbs could be injured! The bending tool must only be
operated with the control cable connected and using the start button (24)!
Note: Swivelling range pipe legs
When bending, take into consideration the swivelling range of the free pipe legs!
Please note: When the start button is released, the bending process is immediately abor-
ted. The process can be resumed and terminated by renewed pushing and holding of the
start button.

Insert the pipe into
min. 1 cm
the bending template
(pay attention to the
centre of the bend).
Attention: Before
bending, align the

rotating pin prism in
the direction of the
bending template.
Fix the bending angle and
adjust the slide to the appro-
priate dimension and fix with
the adjusting screw.

Push the start button (24)
on the bending tool and hold
it pushed. The bending tool
automatically terminates the
bending process when the
pre-defined bending angle has
been reached.

Caution: When the start
button (24) is released, the
bending process is immediately
aborted. The process can be
continued and terminated by
renewed pushing and holding
of the start button.
