Cut JRG Sanipex MT
pipe with customary or
with JRG pipe cutter to
the desired length.
Insert the JRG Sanipex
MT pipe end into the
expansion tool right up
to the stop, close the
clamping lever. Start
the expansion process
by briefly pushing the
start button (4) on the
hydraulic device.
LED display: 0 bar/ 0 bar
Keep forward and return button (start button) on the hydraulic unit pressed
until 130 bars are reached and the flaring process is completed with an audible „Click".
If the flaring process is terminated prematurely, an alarm sounds and the LED flashes
several times (Chapter 2.6). By changing the operation from expanding to bending make
sure the connected switch is fixed to „0".

Open the clamping
lever and remove
the flared JRG
Sanipex MT pipe
from the expan-
sion tool.
