Safety precautions, utilisation and disclaimer

This measuring instrument fulfills the applicable stan-
dards of European and national guidelines and has been
constructed in accordance with state of the art technolo-
gy. Pay close attention to the instructions and information
contained in the instruction manual in order to ensure safe
utilisation.
Devices exhibiting any technical defects or damage should
not be used.
Before conducting each measurement make sure that
there are no electrical wires or other supply lines in the
measuring area.

Do not measure by, in or on metallic surfaces and objects.
The protective cap must be attached before and after con-
ducting the measurements. If the device is handled impro-
perly when measuring, there is a risk of injury from the
open measuring points.
The determined measurement results and all conclusions
are exclusively the responsibility of the user. No liability
is assumed in any case for any damage which may arise
from the use of the equipment or the determined results.
If there are any doubts with regard to the operating relia-
bility of the instrument, then it should be returned to the
manufacturer for examination.
