Description of the moisture
measuring device HPM 3000
The electronic moisture measuring
device HPM 3000 serves for deter-
mining the moisture (proportion) in
wood, plaster, brickwork and other
building materials.
A quick and accurate measurement
with corresponding characteristics can
be conducted on the basis of the con-
any
technical
ductivity/resistance measurement.
The LED display and the accompa-
nying table for reading the moisture
level make it easy to use the instru-
ment and this also ensures a quick
evaluation of the tendency of moi-
sture.
Measurements on surfaces or at
depths close to the surface are con-
ducted with the integrated measuring
needles. After actuating the release
mechanism you can extract the mea-
suring needle head from the housing
and even measure difficult to access
areas with the help of the 40 cm
(approximately) coiled cord. When
reinserting the needle head please
make sure that it engages correctly
and that the coiled cord retracts into
its designated opening. A pluggable
depth measuring sensor for conduc-
ting measurements in plaster and
brickwork and a hammer electrode
are both available as optional acces-
sories.
