∙ During operation steam emerge. Keep hands and face away.
Watch out for steam during cooking and when you pull out the
pot. Take appropriate distance to wall cupboards to avoid dam-
age of the veneer.
∙ Do not cover or block the steam ventilation opening at the lid.
Open the closing of the lid and slowly lift the lid with
an oven cloth. There will be condensed water in the lid!
∙ Never use the appliance without lid.
∙ If an extension cable is used, it has to have a cross-section of
1,5mm². A cable drum must always be unwound.
∙ If a GS-tested 16 A multi-pin extension is used, it may not be
charged with more than 3680 watts due to fire hazard.
∙ Make sure that children do not tease the cable or that a trip
hazard occurs.
∙ The device must always be disconnected from the power supply
if it is not supervised and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
∙ Hygiene: Please always clean the device to avoid bacteria and
mold formation.
Cleaning
∙
Attention! Pull the plug before cleaning and allow
the device to cool down.
∙ Never immerse the unit into water.
∙ Remove the inner pot and clean it with a mild detergent (Do
not use any aggressive cleaner, like steel wool).
∙ Clean the heating plate and the contact area of the thermostat
at the outer pot with a damp cloth, take care that the thermo-
stat gets not deformed.
∙ Wash and dry the inlet of the lid carefully. Due to hygienic rea-
sons the lid must be cleaned after every use!
