DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to for the entire duration of
maintenance, servicing, mounting, dismounting and repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close the gas supply.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
NOTE
• Disassembly must only be carried out by qualified personnel (in
Germany see TRBS 1203).
• Observe the information provided in section
8 Putting out of operation on page EN-19.
1 Loosen the screws and remove the DAV from the torch cleaning station.
Solution
• Check setting on pressure regulator:
min. 6 bar/max. 8 bar
• Clean cutter
• Remove and clean moving parts
• Lubricate the DAV with a suitable
lubricant
• Clean more often
• Change approach position of point
of cut
• Replace cutter
• Correct start position with robot
control
• Remove and clean moving parts
• Lubricate the DAV
• Reposition and clamp in place
• Replace
