5 Operating and
adjusting

5.1 Safety instructions

You may only use and operate the Divisio
Acoustic Screen in a technically perfect condition
and in compliance with the operating instructions.
Before attaching desk utensils to accessories,
ensure the following:
The screen was installed according to the

enclosed installation instructions.
The maximum permissible load capacity of

screen and accessories was not exceeded.
Danger from electrical
voltage!
The metal fasteners between screen and
desk, as well as metal parts of the desk may
be energised in case of damage to live cables
and connectors.
Do not earth electrical

devices on the desk frame!
Risk of injury and damage!
When loading the assembled screen or its
accessories with a weight higher than the
approved weight, the fastening screws may
tear.
Note the permissible weight.

Risk of injury and damage!
When lifting on the installed screen, the
fastening screws may tear.
 Transport or move the desk only by
grabbing the base frame.

5.2 Lateral screen

After it has been properly assembled, the lateral
screen can be placed anywhere on the desk work
surface.
The work surface should at least be 1600
mm wide (or at least 1200 mm wide for
only one monitor and a few documents)
and 800 mm deep.
