12. STAGE: Press to change the Wide/Stereo/Mono setting. The letter "M' will show on
the display when in the Mono setting. The Music System Three will always default
to the Wide setting each time it is powered on regardless of the last setting used.
Note: only FM mode can be changed to Mono. Press the Info button on the remote
to see which stage mode the Music System Three is in.
13. BACK: Press to go back to the previous menu page.
Note: With the radio in standby, briefly press the p arrow button on the remote control
twice to turn the display off. While the display is off, briefly press the p arrow button once
to turn the display on for 10 seconds. Briefly press the p arrow button on the remote two
more times to turn the display back on.
Menu
In any source mode, press the Menu/Select button briefly on the remote. Use the remote's
pq buttons to navigate through the menu pages and the pq and Select buttons to
change the items within the menu. If you make a mistake at any point in the process, press
the Back button on the remote and begin again.
An asterisk (*) indicates the shown menu item is currently set.
Note: The Main Menu will time out if no action is taken after 9 seconds.
1. RDS (NOT IN AM, AUX, OR BLUETOOTH MENUS): Press the Select button and use
the pq arrow and Select buttons to choose between Enabling or Disabling FM RDS
text. For more, see "RDS".
2. SETTINGS (A-K):
A. Auto Scan (NOT IN AUX OR BLUETOOTH MENUS): Press the Select button
and use the pq arrow and Select buttons to enable or disable Auto Scan. When
enabled, Auto Scan will automatically tune the next station received each time the
pq buttons are pressed. When disabled, the pq buttons can be used to manu-
ally navigate the frequencies.
B. Auto Clock: Press the Select button and use the pq arrow and Select buttons to
choose between On or Off. For the auto update to work, you must have consistent
reception of FM RDS with a time/date signal provided. It could take up to a minute
or more for the clock to update. Tivoli Audio is not responsible for inaccurate time/
date information provided by the auto update signal. To set the clock manually,
select "Off", and set the time and date in the "clock set" menu item.
C. Set 12/24 Hour: Press the Select button and use the pq and Select buttons to
choose 12 or 24 hour clock format.
D. Contrast: Press the Select button and use pq arrow and Select buttons to
increase or decrease the display contrast.
E. Backlight: Press the Select button and use the pq arrow and Select buttons to
make the backlight brighter or dimmer.
F.
Display: Press the Select button and use the pq arrow and Select buttons to
set the display on or off. Setting the display off will turn the backlight off when the
Music System Three is turned off. This may be desirable when sleeping. While
the display is off, pressing a button on the remote will turn the display on for 10
seconds.
G. Date Set: Press the Select button and use the pq arrow and Select buttons to
set the date.
