NOTE:
When broiling or convection broiling, to prevent fat and grease from dripping onto
the bottom of the oven, which could cause smoke to form, place a dripping-pan
on the 1st rack from the bottom.

Temperature Selector

With the temperature knob, you can adjust the cooking temperature at any time
to prepare your meal. The temperature controls range from a Low 150°F to MAX
500°F.
The thermostat indicator light will turn off
when the selected temperature is reached.
The indicator will turn on and off while cooking
as the oven works to maintain the desired
temperature.

OPERATING THE OVEN

Below are the steps for turning on your oven.
1. Place food in the oven, on the
recommended tray and level.
2. Select the cooking program using the
cooking program knob.
3. Set temperature by turning the temperature knob or following the
instructions given in the timer operating section.
4. Once your meal is fi nished, do not forget to turn both the cooking program
knob and the temperature knob to the OFF position.
