2 – GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG

2.1 FUNKTIONSPRINZIPIEN

Die Heizgruppen der Serie RIELLO 4100
UNIT stehen für die unterschiedlichen Anfor-
derungen des Verbrauchers in mehreren
Ausführungen zur Verfügung.
Dabei handelt es sich um Geräte für die
Warmwasserbereitung in Heizanlagen mit
hoher Wärmeleistung.
Bei der Version Low Nox ermöglicht das Ver-
brennungssystem mit innerer Rezirkulation
des Wärmeerzeugers die Minderung der
Schadstoffabgabe entsprechend der Vor-
schriften der fortschrittlichsten europäischen
Normen lrv 92 und RAL UZ46.
Die Gruppe besteht aus einem Heizkessel
aus Gußeisen mit dreifachem Rauchumlauf,
einem passenden Brenner und einer den
spezifischen Anforderungen anpassbaren
Elektro-Schalttafel, die allesamt in einer ein-
zigen Ummantelung untergebracht sind.
Die Wärmestreuung ist extrem gering und
der Betrieb besonders geräuscharm. Die
Abnahmeprüfung am Ende der Montage-
straße garantiert die elektrische Sicherheit
der Gruppe laut CEI 61-50.

2.2 VERPACKUNG

Alle Verpackungen der Heizgruppen RIEL-
LO 4100 UNIT werden einzeln einer Mate-
rial- und Inhaltskontrolle unterzogen.

2.1 PRINCIPES DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Les groupes thermiques de la série RIELLO
4100 UNIT existent en plusieurs versions
pour satisfaire les différents besoins de
d'usager.
Il s'agit d'appareils producteurs d'eau chau-
de pour les installations de chauffage, dotés
d'une grande efficacité thermique.
Dans la version Low NOx, le système de
combustion à circulation interne des p.d.c.
permet de limiter les émissions polluantes
conformément aux prescriptions des normes
européennes les plus sévères, OPAIR 92 et
RAL UZ46.
L'ensemble se compose d'une chaudière en
fonte à trois circulations de fumée, d'un brû-
leur approprié, d'un tableau électrique confi-
gurable suivant les exigences spécifiques
logés dans une unique carrosserie.
La déperdition de chaleur est extrêmement
limitée de même que le niveau sonore
durant le fonctionnement. L'essai à la fin du
montage garantit la sécurité électrique de
l'ensemble selon la norme CEI 61-50.
2.2 CONDITIONNEMENT
Le contrôle du matériel fourni est effectué
pour tous les emballages des groupes ther-
miques RIELLO 4100 UNIT

2 – A DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
2.1 PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The RIELLO 4100 Series heating units are
available in different versions for the most
appropriate response to different consumer
needs.
These units produce hot water for heating
systems with extreme thermal efficiency.
The Low Nox version internal flue gas recir-
culation combustion system permits pollu-
tant emissions to be contained within the
most stringent limits prescribed by European
LRV 92 and RAL UZ46 Norms.
The unit is composed by a cast iron boiler
with 3 flue passes, a suitably-matched bur-
ner, and an electrical control panel housed
in a single body with a layout that can be
adjusted as required to specific require-
ments.
Thermal dispersion losses are maintained at
a minimum, while operation is smooth and
silent. Final post-assembly inspection gua-
rantees the electrical safety of the system to
CEI 61-50 regulations.
2.2 PACKAGING
Every RIELLO 4100 UNIT package is indivi-
dually inspected to make sure that it contains
all the standard equipment included.
