1 – HINWEISE FÜR DEN ANWENDER
Dieses Anleitungsheft ist wesentlicher Teil
des Produktes und muß dem Anwender
ausgehändigt werden.
L Lesen Sie die Hinweise aufmerksam
durch, da sie wichtige Hinweise für die
Sicherheit der Installation, des Gebrauchs
und der Wartung enthalten und bewahren
Sie das Heft für späteres Nachlesen sorgfäl-
tig auf. Falls das Gerät verkauft oder einem
anderen Besitzer übergeben wird, oder
wenn das Gerät im Falle des Umzugs in der
alten Wohnung verbleibt, vergewissern Sie
sich, daß das Anleitungsheft dem Gerät bei-
liegt, damit es dem neuen Besitzer und/oder
Installateur zur Verfügung steht.
L Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich für den
ihm vorbestimmten Gebrauch und innerhalb
des geplanten Leistungsbereich verwendet
werden. Jede andere Verwendung ist
ungeeignet und daher gefährlich. Der Her-
steller haftet nicht für Schäden, die eventuell
durch die ungeeignete, fehlerhafte oder
unvernünftige Verwendung des Geräts ent-
stehen könnten.
L Entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial
und prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät vollständig ist.
Im Zweifelsfall das Gerät nicht verwenden
und sich an dei Lieferfirma wenden. Die Ver-
packungsteile (Holzkiste, Nägel, Klammern,
Plastikbeutel, Polystyrolschaum, usw) sind
potentielle Gefahrenquellen und dürfen nicht
in Reichweite von Kindern gelassen werden.
L Die Installation muß den geltenden Vorsch-
riften und den Anleitungen des Herstellers
entsprechen und von qualifiziertem Fachper-
sonal durchgeführt werden. Qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal sind Installateure mit techni-
scher Kompetenz im Bereich der Zivil-Hei-
zanlagen und der Warmwasser-bereitung,
und im besonderen die vom Hersteller autori-
sierten Kundendienst-Zentren zu verstehen.
Für eventuelle Zusatzausstattungen oder
Kits (einschließlich der elektrischen) dürfen
nur Original-Zubehörteile verwendet werden.
Die fehlerhafte Installation kann Schäden an
Personen, Tieren oder Sachen verursachen.
Der Hersteller kann nicht für diese Art von
Schäden haftbar gemacht werden.
L Es ist zu kontrollieren der:
–
daß Brenner fest am Heizkessel befe-
stigt ist, so daß die Flamme vollkommen
im Inneren der Brennkammer des Gene-
rators entsteht und sich entwickelt.
–
ob der für die Installation vorgesehene
Raum über eine minimale Belüftung laut
der geltenden Vorschriften verfügt (siehe
Seite 48), die jedenfalls ausreicht, um eine
perfekte Verbrennung zu garantieren.
L Im Falle von Störungen oder wiederhol-
term Blockieren des Geräts sollten Sie nicht
auf die manuelle Rückstellung bestehen,
sondern das Gerät ausschalten und keinelei
direkte Reparaturen oder Eingriffe ausfüh-
ren. Wenden Sie sich ausschließlich an qua-
lifiziertes Fachpersonal.
L Die eventuelle Reparatur des Geräts darf
nur durch einen von der Firma Riello autori-
sierten Technischen Service oder qualifizier-
tes Fachpersonal und ausschließlich unter
Verwendung der Original-Ersatzteile erfol-
gen. Die Nichtbefolgung dieser Vorschriften
kann die Sicherheit des Geräts beeinträchti-
gen und läßt die Garantie verfallen. Was die
Brennstoffspeisung des Brenners betrifft,

Le livret d'instructions fait partie intégrante et
essentielle du produit et devra par conse-
quent être remis à l'utilisateur.
L Lire attentivement les avertissements,
dans la mesure où ils fournissent des indica-
tions importantes en ce qui concerne la
sécurité de l'installation, l'emploi et l'entre-
tien et conserver avec soin le livret pour
toute consultation ultérieure.
Si l'appareil est vendu ou transféré à un
autre propriétaire ou si l'on doit déménager
et laisser l'appareil, s'assurer toujours que le
livret accompagne l'appareil de manière
qu'il puisse être consulté par le nouveau
propriétaire et/ou par l'installateur.
L Cet appareil devra être destiné à l'usage
pour lequel il a été expressément conçu,
selon la gamme de fonctionnement et la
plage de puissance prévues dans le projet.
Tout autre usage doit être considéré impro-
pre et donc dangereux. Le constructeur ne
pourra pas être tenu responsable des éven-
tuels dommages dérivant d'usages impro-
pres ou erronés.
L Après avoir déballé l'appareil, contrôler
l'integrité du contenu. En cas de doute, ne
pas utiliser l'appareil et contacter le fournis-
seur. Les éléments de l'emballage (caisse
en bois, clous, agrafes, sachets en plasti-
que, polystyrène expansé etc.) ne doivent
pas être laissés à la portée des enfants dans
la mesure où ils sont une source potentielle
de danger.
L L'installation doit être effectuée dans le
respect des normes en vigueur selon les
instructions du constructeur et par du per-
sonnel professionnellement qualifié. Par per-
sonnel professionnellement qualifié, on
entend le personnel techniquement compé-
tent dans le domaine des composants d'in-
stallation de chauffage à usage civil et de
production d'eau chaude à usage sanitaire
et, en particulier, les centres de service
après vente agréés par le constructeur.
Pour les éventuels accessoires en option ou
kits (y compris les accessoires électriques) il
faudra utiliser exclusivement les accessoires
originaux. Une installation incorrecte peut
causer des dommages aux personnes aux
animaux et aux choses, pour lesquels le
constructeur décline toute responsabilité.
L Il faut vérifier que:
–
le brûleur soit fixé solidement à la chau-
dière de manière que la flamme se pro-
duise et se développe totalement à
l'intérieur de la chambre de combustion
du générateur proprement dit.
–
le local dans lequel est installé le groupe
thermique soit approprié à cet usage et
possède les ouvertures minimales d'aé-
rations prescrites par les normes en
vigueur et suffisant dans tous les cas
pour obtenir une combustion parfaite
L En cas de panne ou d'arrêts répétés liés
au blocage de l'appareil, ne pas insister
avec les procédures de réenclenchement
manuel mais désactiver le brûleur en s'ab-
stenant de toute tentative de réparation ou
d'intervention directe.
S'adresser exclusivement à du personnel
professionnellement qualifié.
L L'éventuelle réparation de l'appareil devra
être effectuée exclusivement par le Service
Technique agréé Riello ou par du personnel

1 – INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
This Instructions Manual is an essential part
of the product and must be delivered to the
user together with the same.
L Carefully read all warnings that provide
important information regarding saefty
during installation, use and maintenance,
and store this Manual in easy reach for futu-
re consultation. If the heating system is pas-
sed into the hands of another user, it must
be accompanied by this manual for consula-
tion by the new owner and/or installer.
L This heating system must be used only for
the purposes for which it has been expressly
designed within the range of its designed
performances and outputs. All other use in
considered inappropriate and dangerous,
and the Manufacturer declines all liability for
any damages derived from inappropriate,
unreasonable, and erroneous use.
L After removing the packaging, check to
make sure that the contents have not been
damaged during shipment; in case of doubt,
do not use the system andcontact the supplier
immediately. Packaging materials such as
wooden crates, nails, staples, plastic bags,
and polystyrene foam constitute risks for small
children and must be kept out of the reach.
L Installation must be performed in accor-
dance with the prevailing norms and the
instructions provided by the Manufacturer by
qualified personnel, which is intended to
mean those with tecnical experience in the
sector of heating systems for civil use and
hot water production systems, and in parti-
cular, and those employed by the servicing
centers authorized by the Manufacturer
itself.
L Only original accessories must be used for
even the replacement of optionals or kits
(including electrical components). Erroneous
installation can lead to damage and injury for
which the Manufacturer declines all liability.
L Make sure that:
–
the burner is fastened to the boiler in
such way that the flame is generated
and developed entirely and exclusively
inside the burner's combustion cham-
ber;
–
that the boiler room in which the heating
system is installed is appropriate for the
purpose and that at least the minimum
ventilation openings prescribed by the
prevailing norms (see Page 48) have
been provided and are sufficient to
obtain perfect combustion.
L In the event that the heating system shuts
down or stops repeatedly, do not insist on
performing manual re-start operations. Swit-
ch off the system, refrain from attempting
direct repairs, and seek professionally quali-
fied assistance.
L Any repairs of the system must be perfor-
med exclusively by authorized Riello Techni-
cal Servicing personnel or qualified techni-
cians using original spare parts only. Failure
to observe the above may compromise
system safety and releases the Manufacturer
from the terms of Warranty.
L In regard to the burner's fuel supply, we
recommend carefully cleaning the fuel tank
prior to filing, and to keep the tank full during
the warm months to prevent humidity con-
