If any of these situations occur, contact a technical service:
1. The unit is not working and none of the above solutions work
2. Foreign objects or water have penetrated inside the unit

Possible causes
The unit is not connected.

button.
You have confused the front
and rear filters.
Filters are at the end of life.
The air inlet is obstructed by
something.
The appliance is not in
standby mode.
Possible solutions
Connect the unit and press the
On / Off button.
Check the installation of the
filters.
Replace filters.
Remove objects that obstruct
the air inlet.
The sensitivity can only be
adjusted when the units is in
standby mode :
Connected but not On.
