The colour camera TVCCD-452COL is designed
for application in video surveillance systems. It
is equipped with a flicker compensation, a back-
light compensation, and an automatic electronic
shutter (to be switched on/off via DIP switches).
In addition, the camera features an automatic
white balance with two operating modes avail-
able.
The camera is designed for CS-mount and
C-mount lenses. It is possible to use either a lens
with automatic iris control [AI ("auto iris") lens,
controlled by video signal or DC controlled] or
a lens with manual iris control. A 4-pole connec-
tor plug for iris control is supplied with the cam-
era.
4 Lens
4.1 Adjusting the camera to the lens
Set the switches according to the lens type used:

4.2 Mounting the lens

1) Remove the lens cover (1).
2) When using a C-mount lens, screw it on the
C-mount adapter ring (2). When using a
CS-mount lens, remove the adapter ring and
directly screw the lens on the threaded ring (3).
