8.2. GREASE THE SPINDLE

Cleaning cloth, machine grease, brush, hexagon L-wrench size 5

1. Clean the spindle.
2. Use the brush to apply machine grease to positions 1 and 2 on the spindle.
3. Use the hexagon L-wrench to rotate the spindle so that the spindle nuts move back and forth
throughout their full range of movement.
