Changing the cutting discs,
setting the cutting width
CAUTION! Diamond cutting
discs may become very hot
when being used. Do not touch
cutting discs until they have
cooled down!
• Remove the setting screw (4) for
the depth stop (5). Loosen the
screws marked on Figure 2 using

the hexagonal wrench (24).
Remove the protective hood.
Press the spindle lock (13) and hold
to ensure that the cutting wheel does
not continue to rotate (Figure 3).
Use the face spanner (22) to undo
the clamping nut (6) and turn to the
right (!) to undo and remove. The
cutting disc and spacers can now
be removed.
Changing the cutting dics
Pull the cutting discs (7), spacers
(14a, b) off over the sleeve (18)
(Figure 7).
CAUTION! Only use cutting
wheels with a diameter of
150 mm!
CAUTION! Always replace
cutting wheels in pairs!
CAUTION! Observe the direc
tion of operation of the cut
ting wheels! The arrow mark on
the cutting wheels must match the
one on the protective hood (3).
Setting the cutting width
Set the cutting width with the help
of the spacers (14a, b). Depending
on the thickness of the spacers (14a
or 14b), cutting widths of between
14 and 19 mm may be set, including
the thickness of the discs (Figure 7).
When using both spacers, you can
achieve a cutting width of 29 mm
(Figure 6).
