ASSEMBLAGGIO
Per il montaggio degli accessori vedere il capitolo
"ACCESSORI".
ATTENZIONE: Montare sempre gli accessori con
motore spento e leva comando innesto presa di
forza (R, Fig.25) in posizione "O" (presa di forza
disattivata). Durante il montaggio fare sempre
attenzione agli utensili di lavoro degli accessori.
Montaggio ruote
Montare le ruote sui mozzi del motocoltivatore utilizzando le
4 viti G, come in figura 30.
ATTENZIONE: verificare che la freccia determinata
dal disegno del battistrada dei pneumatici sia
rivolto verso il senso di marcia A (Fig.30).
Montaggio quickfit
Svitare i tre dadi (A, Fig.26) e togliere il coperchio B.
Ingrassare le parti di accoppiamento. Montare il Quickfit
(C, Fig.27) assicurandosi che il piano dell'attacco del quickfit
sia a battuta. Avvitare i tre dadi (A, Fig.27).
Montaggio barra falciante
Alzare la leva blocco accessori D del quickfit (Fig.28).
Ingrassare le parti di accoppiamento. Inserire l'innesto corpo
barra falciante (E, Fig.28) fino a battuta. Abbassare la leva D
(Fig.29) per bloccare la barra falciatrice.
Nota: Se la leva blocco accessori (D, Fig.29) non si
abbassa completamente dopo che è stata inserita,
muovere l'accessorio per permettere al perno della leva
di incastrarsi nel foro dell'innesto corpo barra falciante.

WARNING: Always fit accessories with the engine
switched off and the power take-off engagement
control lever (R, Fig.25) set to "O" (power take-off
deactivated). When fitting always beware of the
work implements on the accessories.
Fitting the wheels
Mount the wheels on the hubs of the rotary cultivator using
the 4 screws G, as shown in figure 30.
WARNING: check that the arrow-shaped tread
pattern of the tyres is pointing in the direction of
travel A (Fig.30).
Fitting the Quickfit
Undo the three nuts (A, Fig.26) and remove cover B. Grease
the coupling components. Mount the Quickfit (C, Fig.27)
ensuring that its coupling surface is snugly seated. Screw
down the three nuts (A, Fig.27).
Fitting the cutterbar
Raise the accessories locking lever D (Fig.28) on the Quickfit.
Grease the coupling components. Fully insert the cutterbar
body coupling (E, Fig.28). Lower lever D (Fig.29) to lock the
accessory in place.
Note: If the locking lever (D, Fig.29) does not lower
fully after the accessory has been inserted, move the
accessory to enable the pin of the lever to slot into the
hole on the cutterbar body coupling.

Para el montaje de los accesorios, vea el capítulo
"ACCESORIOS".
ATTENTION : Monter toujours les accessoires
avec le moteur éteint et le levier de commande
d'enclenchement de prise de force (R, Fig.25) en
position "O" (prise de force désactivée). Pendant
le montage faire toujours attention aux outils de
travail des accessoires.
Montage roues
Monter les roues sur les moyeux du motoculteur à l'aide des
4 vis G, comme indiqué figure 30.
ATTENTION : contrôler que la flèche sur la chape des
pneumatiques est tournée vers le sens de l'avance A
(Fig.30).
Montage quickfit
Dévisser les 27 écrous (A, Fig.26) et retirer le couvercle B.
Graisser les pièces d'accouplement. Monter le Quickfit
(C, Fig.27) en contrôlant que le plan de l'attache du quickfit
bute. Visser les 27 écrous (A, Fig.27).
Montage barre de fauchage
Soulever le levier de blocage des accessoires D du quickfit
(Fig.28). Graisser les pièces d'accouplement. Installer
l'enclenchement corps barre de fauchage (E, Fig.28) jusqu'à
buter. Abaisser le levier D (Fig.29) pour bloquer la barre de
fauchage.
Commentaire : Si le levier de blocage des accessoires
(D, Fig.29) ne s'abaisse pas complètement après
l'insertion, bouger l'accessoire pour permettre à l'axe
du levier de s'encastrer dans le trou de l'enclenchement
corps barre de fauchage.
