4. Place the two pedals into the pedal mounts and turn the pedals so that they are fi rmly
attached using the spanner (size 15) which is supplied with the device.
The pedals and the pedal mounts are marked with L for left and R for right. Make sure
that they match up when assembling the device.
Use
CAUTION!
❐ In the interests of your own safety, inspect the device for any signs of damage every time
before use (loose screws, worn parts, etc.). If there are any defects, the device may no longer
be used until it has been repaired.
❐ If the device is broken or damaged, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. In the event
of any damage, please contact the customer service department.
❐ Always place the device on a secure, fl at and non-slip surface before you start using it. Each
time before you start using the device, make sure that there is suffi cient clearance around
the device so that you cannot bump into walls, furniture, etc. during training.
❐ When doing the exercises, wear loose, comfortable clothing and non-slip trainers.
❐ Only one person may train on the training device at any one time.
❐ If your health means that you belong to a risk group, you should always consult your doctor
before using the device. If necessary, coordinate your training programme with him.
1. Slide the small footrest onto the matching
mounting bracket on the main unit (on
the computer side).
2. Now slide the large footrests onto the
other mounting bracket.
3. Turn the main unit "upside down", and
with two screws in each case screw on
the two footrests using the Allen key
which is supplied with the device.
The right pedal (right-hand thread) labelled R is tightened
in the clockwise direction.
The left pedal (left-hand thread) labelled L is tightened in
the anticlockwise direction.
