Unmuting the call

Press and hold the MODE button.
The hands-free system responds: Call menu. {Say a command}.

When prompted, say "UnMUTE".
The hands-free system responds: Call unmuted.
Or use the SWC: A press and hold of either VOLUME button while the call is muted will
unmute the microphone.
Transferring the hands-free call to your handset device

Press and hold the MODE button.
The hands-free system responds: Call menu. {Say a command}.

When prompted, say "PRIVACY MODE".
The hands-free system responds: Privacy mode, and transfers the call to the handset device.
Or use the SWC: During a hands-free call, a press and hold of the ARROW UP button will
transfer the hands-free call to privacy mode.
Transferring a call on your handset device to hands-free

Press and hold the MODE button.
The hands-free system responds: Call menu. {Say a command}.

When prompted, say "HAnDS-FREE MODE".
The hands-free system responds: Hands-free mode, and transfers the call to the hands-free
system.
Or use the SWC: During a private call, a press and hold of the ARROW UP button will transfer
the call to the hands-free system.
Note: Some handset devices will disconnect the Bluetooth
switched to privacy mode. In this case the 'Call menu' will not be available. To quickly switch
the call to hands-free, press and hold the MODE button and when prompted, say "COnnECT
<device name>".
Sending DTMF tones

Press and hold the MODE button.
The hands-free system responds: Call menu. {Say a command}.

When prompted, say "EnTER <DIGITS>" to send digits as DTMF tones. You can also use * and
# characters.
Note: You can send DTMF tones from the handset device's keypad.
Placing the call on hold
A press and release of the ARROW UP button will put the active call on hold.
