No pressure
Spreading of foam is unsatisfactory.
No spreading of foam.
The station does not build up air
pressure.

Cause
• No water supply.
• Defect in booster unit.
• Type of product not suitable.
• Insufficient air supply to the sta-
tion.
• Incorrect air pressure to station.
• Defect non-return valve for air.
• Too high air pressure in mixing
chamber (check air pressure on
air pressure gauge).
• Incorrect nozzle installed.
• Nozzle of mixing chamber
blocked
• No supply of detergent.
• Foam nozzle not installed.
• Non-return valve for detergent
blocked
• Concentration of produck is too
low
• Inlet valve for compressed air is
not open.
Remedy
• Open water supply valve.
• Consult directions for use of
booster unit.
• Change to correct type of
product.
• Provide sufficient air sup-
ply, 200 l/min - 52.83gpm.
6bar./87,02 psi.
• Adjust air pressure on pres-
sure regulator.
• Replace non-return valve for
air.
• Reduce air pressure on pres-
sure regulator.
• Place foam nozzle 50/200.
• Clean nozzle of mixing cham-
ber.
• Provide detergent.
• Place foam nozzle.
• Clean or replace valve.
• Select a larger limiting nozzle
• Open inlet valve for com-
pressed air.
