With nozzle sizes of 3.0 and bigger, the needle strengthener
must be unscrewed from the needle tip before changing the
needle. The needle strengthener is accessible after you have
loosened the air (2) and material nozzle (3).

NOZZLE EXTENSIONS
Nozzle extensions are particularly suitable for the coating of
cavities such as pipes, canisters, cans or other hardtogetat ves-
sels. Nozzle extensions are available in a variety of standard
designs. They can also be tailored (length and shape) to suit

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

Equipressure/Flow pressure ver-
sion for viscous media
To improve the flow characteri-
stics of viscous media, the sub-
stance is exposed to compres-
sed air in the cup.
The required compressed air is
taken from the air duct of the
spray gun. This means that the
material pressure is equivalent
to the atomiser air pressure.
WITH THIS VERSION, THE
ATOMIZER AIR PRESSURE IS
LIMITED TO MAX. 4BAR!
specific customer needs.
WHEN WORKING WITH A NOZZLE EXTENSION AND FLAM-
MABLE MATERIALS, NOTE THAT EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES
CAN BE CREATED EXTREMELY EASILY IN CAVITIES!
ALWAYS ENSURE ADEQUATE VENTILATION!

DISPOSAL

Clean the spray gun when necessary to ensure that
no hazardous substance residues remain in the
gun.Following dismantling of the spray gun, the
metal parts can be sorted and forwarded to a recy-
cling process. The nonmetal parts should be dispo-
sed of in a suitable manner.
